2025 Vermeer® Surface Miners T1255III Direct Drive

Using a single-drive motor to power the drum allows for the ability to cut an 80° high wall compared to the 45° high wall when using the dual drive attachment.

SmartTEC performance monitoring assists operators with adjustments to machine controls to help improve efficiency and tracks the operational performance of the machine on a consistent platform across all machine models.

Help improve efficiency through direct drive power while delivering more horsepower to the cutting drum.

The elevating cab allows optimal visibility and added comfort with the air ride seat. The sealed cab has self-contained heating and air conditioning with sound-attenuating foam. It is also a rollover module (ROM).
