2025 Vermeer® Brush Chippers AX19
A fixed infeed table design and oversized infeed opening gives the operator optimal performance and durability when mechanically feeding.
The AX19 delivers maximum pull-in force, making feeding of large-diameter logs and branchy limbs easier.
The AX19 is built to handle large land-clearing operations and other tough jobs that require high feed capacity and throughput.
The EcoIdle™ engine control system reduces engine speed to a preset lower rpm after one to five minutes of inactivity, saving fuel and reducing jobsite noise.
SmartCrush minimizes down pressure until the feed roller climbs onto the material, then increases pressure to push it to the cutter drum, allowing the operator to focus on the next load.
Dual offset horizontal feed rollers lessen the need for the operator to manually control the machine when feeding large-diameter logs.
SmartFeed, a patented feed-sensing control system, boosts operator productivity and reduces engine strain by monitoring engine rpm and controlling feed rollers.
The winch operates with or without the easily removable boom. Removing the boom lets operators feed the chipper mechanically without interference.
The patented bottom feed stop bar is strategically positioned so the operator can strike it to shut off the feed mechanism.
VermeerOne™ Platform isn’t just a tool or platform. It’s an experience — one designed to simplify equipment management, empower users with real time data to make smarter decisions, and help maximize productivity and profitability.
