Corn Header for CR and CX Combines

98C Corn Header

The 98C corn header is smooth, fast and durable. It gets under downed corn, picks it up better than the competition and takes in less trash for more combine capacity. Available for 6 row, 8 row and 12 row applications.

Cutterbar Headers for CR and CX Combines

72C Rigid Cutterbar Header

The 72C rigid cutterbar header is available in 20-, 25- and 30-foot widths. The smallest model is equipped with a single-knife drive, while the two larger models feature twin-knife drives.

74C Flexible Cutterbar Header

The 74C flexible cutterbar header is available in three cutting widths, and each is equipped with a twin-knife drive. The 74C gives you a choice of 1 1/2-inch knives and guards (twin cut) or 3-inch knives and guards. It also provides up to 4 1/2 inches of float and closely follows the ground contour to pick up low-growing crops. And, with the 74C, the New Holland Terrain Tracer™ header flotation system is standard equipment.

Draper Headers for CR and CX Combines

92C Rice Belt Header

The 92C rice belt header is 25 feet wide and features your choice of single or double knife drive. The 92C is a two-deck, center-mounted header that features a single-feed belt, a large-diameter full-floating auger, and extra-long retractable fingers.

94C Grain Belt Header

The 94C grain belt header is available in 25-, 30-, 36-, 39- and 42-foot widths. Deck shift options on the 30-, 36-, 39- and 42-foot models let you quickly convert from combining to swathing. A self-contained hydraulic system supplies smooth, reliable power to both the draper belts and the knife drive without the use of V-belts, pulleys and chains.

Flex Draper Header for CR and CX Combines

84C Flex Draper Header

The 84C flex draper headers is available in 30- and 36-foot widths and is ideal for in-ground harvesting. Draper design provides smooth, even "head first" feeding in the toughest conditions and increases combine capacity up to 20%. A suspended floating head with flexing wing sections provides 7.5 inches of free vertical and 4.8 degrees of free lateral flotation. The 84C can easily be locked for rigid off-ground direct cutting.

Windrow Pick-up Header for CR and CX Combines

76C Windrow Pick-up Header

The 76C windrow pick-up header is available in 12, 14 and 16-foot widths and two designs: SwathMaster™ Belt Pick-up and Rake-Up™ Pick-up.

SwathMaster™ Belt Pick-up

SwathMaster™ Belt Pick-up uses four individual rollers, a pickup belt that gently lifts crop into the header and a draper belt that carries the crop to the auger and into the feeding area. Choose a model with both front and rear windguard and hydraulic adjustment on the front windguard, or choose a model with a rear windguard with mechanical adjustment.

FX™ Self-Propelled Forage Harvesters

FX self-propelled forage harvesters put you in control of greater productivity.

As a custom harvester or large dairy operator, you’ll appreciate the productivity-boosting performance of the new FX self-propelled forage harvesters from New Holland. The new FX30, FX40, and FX60 forage harvesters are built to help you work faster—in all crop conditions—with added convenience.

Here’s how we made the new FX harvesters even better:

  • FX feedroll drive is now hydrostatic to provide a wide range of cut lengths.
  • Feedroll drive is speed-synchronized between the header auger and feedrolls for optimum crop feeding.
  • Sharp metal side sheets on the top feedroll cut through trash, which is quickly evacuated by impellers on the feedroll shafts.
  • Feedroll module features gear-box driven top rolls, not chains.
  • Four-paddle blower moves crop efficiently—without pinching or binding, common in accelerator-equipped competitive models.
  • Fuel tank capacity is 240 gallons—15% larger than on previous FX models.
  • FX30 and FX40 feature New Holland six-cylinder diesels.
  • FX60 is powered by a Caterpillar six-cylinder diesel.
  • Torque back-up for all FX models is an impressive 25% (from 2100 to 1800 rpm).

Hydrostatic ground drive provides the precise control, flexibility and maneuverability needed for harvesting operations.

Maximum ground speed at 23 mph is faster than competitive models, thanks to infinitely variable speed from 0 to 15 mph.

A wide selection of top-capacity windrow pickup heads, corn headers and row-independent headers can be attached to FX self-propelled forage harvesters.
